Just had my BMW serviced here again this week. It's easy to make an appointment, their service is fast and excellent, their shop is clean, they're friendly and the prices are fair. What's not to like. I highly recommend having your European car serviced at The Werk Shop!

My M5 was out of warranty and the BMW service plan. I had two strong personal referrals to the Werk Shop. I had been delaying the big 50k service of diff trans coolant fluids, filters, plugs, etc. I also had a misfiring cylinder causing a drivetrain malfunction. I had gotten estimates from BMW before reaching out to Werk Shop. Every item was 10-30% more at BMW. BMW had told me my front rotors needed to be replaced, which was thousands.
I requested Werk Shop to replace them, but James called me while the car was in service and asked why I wanted the brakes. He thought I could get another year or two out of the current ones I had. This voluntary assessment saved me a ton of money. I love the honesty and feel it's very rare with auto shops. I will definitely bring all my Euro cars here in the future.
