My wife's truck was making a terrible noise so I took it to Doc Able's for a check up. I've got enough working knowledge of cars to not be fooled by someone saying I need a complete engine rebuild, but I'm not a mechanic. They gave me a diagnosis that was within what I basically expected. They did the work and guaranteed their parts and service for a year, which I appreciate. Everything they fixed is functional and I don't feel like they tried to take me to the cleaners.
The truck, however, is in its teenage years so I expect it to be petulant and irritating. Fortunately, Doc Able's will fix it correctly at a reasonable price. I have to admit, when it gets to 18 this truck either needs to get a job or go to college because I'm about done with replacing things.

I went in because I had a flat tire. The man at the front desk was rude. He wouldn't even look me In my face when he spoke to me. He was very short with me and didn't offer any advice. I would never come back. Work on your customer service.
