After I took my Mustang to a Ford dealership and they could not hear the sound I was hearing, I found Eliot's. Eliot treated me like an old friend, not a number or a dollar sign. The issue was found and resolved quickly and came in under the estimated pricing. I was impressed by the quality of communication and work done. I highly recommend Eliot's and will be a customer here as long as they remain in business.

Thorough and thoughtful. I saw positive reviews and thought to give Eliot a try. I was very impressed with his professional demeanor and the time taken to look over my car. Furthermore, explaining what they looked over and if there some things needed in the future. Eliot was open with costs and timely each and every time. Neighborhood feel and very trustworthy!

Elliot is a nice man but overpriced, $300 service fee for a job that probably should take not more than one hour. Came in to fix my drivers window and left with my drivers door not being able to open from the inside when I have NEVER had issues opening my door in the 2 years that I've had it. I don't even want to bring it back to fix the door even though he's the reason it doesn't work now because I'm afraid he'll charge me or mess something else up because my door was working perfectly fine beforehand. I sadly wouldn't come again or recommend. This job shouldn't have been more than $200 yet I had to pay almost $500.
