Had the worst experience here. I do not recommend this place at all after the manager told me I could take my car and leave after I spent $1,000+ to fix a problem that was not even fixed. Beware they will talk you into gettig extra work done on your car, even when you don't even need it.

I have a Volvo and I look around town and no one could fix it until I took it to Brighton Auto, not only did they fix it but the customer service/ (Bill) very informative, communicative and friendly. Very fraudulent group of guys. long story short, they did not fix ANYTHING. The parts i was quoted for and paid for weren't put in. when i took the car to y other mechanic he said "nothing here has been touched". And i believe it because bill told me he topped up the coolant, but i checked, coolant was the same level i left it. Whats-more, they claim to have test driven car for 50miles to ensure it is working, but as you can see from the picture, they exposed themselves! my odometer reads the same as when it was dropped off! so they actually probably just let my car stay in their shop for a week doing nothing and billing me 1500! STAY AWAY! Especially the old man Bill.

My car gave Bill a hard time, but he didn't give up until the problems were fixed. He was persistent and made me feel my car was in good hands. The gas pump, gas filter, brakes, and exhausts leaked were repaired. I will definitely take my vehicles back to them for service.

These guys provide some of the best service work in the city of Chicago. They are affordable and knowledgeable about any foreign vehicle. I have an Audi Q7 TDI and they keep it running great without costing me a fortune.

The most professional group of guys I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! Very honest with their prices and their work! I had such a wonderful experience at this auto shop I would refer all my friends and family here.

Wasted my time and money coming here. I had gone to another mechanic and they told me I needed a new computer in my mustang. The fix would be $2,000. I said yikes and looked for a cheaper price. Brighton automotive said, "you dont need a new computer, we can fix it, no problem" charged me $1,200. Great! After spending that money, they said "that didn't work so let me try this instead" that happened around 3 more times.

Next thing I knew, I ended spending over $2000 in labor and parts, they kept my mustang for over a month and the problem was not fixed. Great people but if I could do it all over again, I would avoid them.

These guys are the best, very professional and the work is second to none. My sister just got her car repaired there and she is very happy with Brighton and especially Bill. I look forward to restoring a Mazda RX-7 this year by Bill and his gang.

The moment my 98 528i BMW came off of warranty, Bill was my guy. He was recommended by a trusted friend who's had many relationships with auto repair shops throughout the city. For almost 16 YEARS they have taken care of my auto repair needs. Everything from oil changes to repairing my clutch. Always honest and priced appropriately, Bill and the men at Brighton have gone above my expectations in how they've treated me and my family (they also serve as my Mother's mechanic).

Last new year eve afternoon ( when most shops were almost closing) my car had a problem that prevented it from moving smoothly! I tried to reach my regular automotive shop but it was closed. My friend sent me this

Honestly, I didnt expect that much I just wanted my car to survive until next day so I can fix it in my regular automotive shop. long story short, these shop and guys deserve million stars !
