We dropped off our truck at the end of March. It has been in the shop for over 6 weeks. The truck is still not repaired. They keep promising to call us with an update and we have to keep calling the office. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION & unprofessional. It has been a very disappointing experience. I really wish that they followed through on what they said they would do.

As an engineer, I'm embarrassed that I didn't bring either a tire gauge or pump for this long of a trip. So when my tire pressure sensor went off, I headed to this shop since it was open later and there's no appointment needed for quick check ups, and I needed an expert to tell me if there's a leak. I couldn't see or hear any damage to my tires. Head on over there, and the guy is friendly and the checkup was immediate. Oh, did I mention that it was free? Anyways, my tires are good, but my tire pressure sensor is faulty. These are good people that remind me of Southern hospitality. Highly recommend this shop.

Rip off. Had my car checked by another mechanic while I was present, nearly none of the parts that claimed to be replaced in my car, were actually replace. How do you replace a sensor or vault without noticing that the vacuum lines that they connect to are broken?

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! On the way up to Truckee my car got piece of snow chain punctured in it, called this shop, and they were able to get it done 3 hours earlier than anyone else! The mechanics took time out of their lunch to help us! Without them, our vacation would have been done for.
