Unprofessional, made an appointment 2 months in advance even came in a week before with the paperwork from the insurance and come time for my appointment and they have no record of me, taking the car to concord. Waste of time!

This place is terrible, I was in an accident on I-80 I called them to schedule an estimate, the guy on the phone was nice enough & told me to bring it down on Wednesday, & when I arrived they barely took a picture of the back of my truck, didn't even look at the front or anything else & he said he'd e-mail me. I never received an email, they never got back to me at all, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy

Took my car here after it got in a wreck. I knew there was a problem with the transmission after they gave it back to me and said it was good. After bringing it back 3 times and telling them to look at the transmission they replaced parts that were fine and had me driving around with a completely broken transmission mount. The sound I was hearing was my transmission flopping around underneath my cab literally. Ended up going to lithia of subaru and they took care of and found the problem immediately when I asked them to look at the transmission.
There was other problems including but, not limited to customer service, not using oem parts as I asked for verbally and in a written document. Will never take my car there and will encourage others to do the same.

Steve's replaced the entire frame in my truck among other cosmetic/mechanical work and did a great job. They made the whole process worry free. Would highly recommend.
