Veryl's began in 1947. Veryl was a machine operator at Livingston Mills making $1.00 an hour. Veryl and Claire Poirier started the business on Hampden St. in Holyoke, Ma. In 1960 Veryl's moved into a new facility on Dwight St. in Holyoke, Ma. Veryl & Claire retired in 1986. Denis & Mary Ann Poirier continued the business.Jeffrey started working in the business in 1986 as the third generation. His wife Nikki started working in the business in 1997. As Veryl's kept growing, in 2000 we moved to a larger and present location at 644 Newton St. in South Hadley, Ma.
