I find that they do tip top work. I have brought my 2003 Jaguar XKR supercharged to them twice and I'm very satisfied with there results of the work however as much as I would love them to be my one and one place to take my Jag. I find the work per hour to be way out of my Budget. But if you need it done ASAP and done right.the first time and you have the money to blow. this is the place to go. I only gave them 3 stars because of price.they get 10 stars for quality work

I had been given a Mini Cooper that had some issues, and I had previously read a book by JE Robison in which he mentioned having an independent specialty shop, and it turned out Mini was one of the brands they service, so yay. I was confident it would be worthwhile to drive all the way to Springfield, and it was. My experience of JE Robison Auto Service is that they are very focused on my Mini Cooper "Bubbles" and take a sincere interest in her long-term wellbeing.
I am very picky about who I will interact with, especially about cars, because I communicate differently. Maribeth is attentive, thoughtful, and respectful, and was very capable in communicating my concerns with the shop. Every concern I had about Bubbles was carefully and thoroughly addressed, and they gave me very helpful advice about being especially diligent in checking her oil regularly. I am very confident in the operating condition of my vehicle, and that I will have ongoing support from JE Robison Auto Service in getting the best for and from Bubbles.

They were very responsive and detailed. They were also extremely honest. Car repairs can be quite pricey - they clearly laid out all the information for me to make an informed decision - deciding on what needed my attention now vs. what could wait. I brought my car in and needed to leave town a few days afterward. They were very accomodating - able to fit me into their already busy schedule. I was extremely grateful for their flexibility.
Every time they've serviced/repaired my car, it feels like a brand new vehicle! I absolutely recommend them - I don't take my car anywhere else. They are truly experts in what they do and deliver top notch service.

Courteous, knowledgeable, interested in my car and doing a proper job. Good continued contact and follow up. Not inexpensive but you get what you pay for. Wouldn't take a higher profile foreign vehicle anywhere else. Services: Engine repair, Oil change
