I took a vehicle there to be evaluated from an accident almost three weeks ago. the car still has not been touched. We are still having to rent a car in the mean time out of pocket. There is no answer as to when the vehicle will be appraised.

Amazing job as if it was not involved in an accident. Finally, completing the job and delivered my vehicle right on time as promised. Had a minor paint chip on bumper, took it in to Lacey collision and i am so happy i made that choice! The building is nice and clean and the staff are very understanding and professional. Every step of the way they were extremely helpful. Rental car place is on the property so everything can be done in one trip. 3 days later and my baby looked brand new. They also work directly with Geico which was a plus. Highly recommend this establishment

I am a repeat customer. I stopped by for an estimate to repair & replace some trim molding on my Honda CR-V damaged by a road side ice berm and ice pot hole. Reasonable estimate. I have an appointment scheduled for next week for the repair work.
