My car had its catalytic converter stolen, and as someone who has tried a good handful of towing companies in Olympia/Lacey, this was my best experience over the time I have lived in Olympia. The service was SO professional, efficient, and I even was able to pay the towing bill combined with fees at the autoshop they partner with (Mike's Plum Street Auto -- also phenomenal). I felt extremely comfortable and safe as a woman, which is unfortunately profound. I'm definitely never using a towing company in Olympia other than Nisqually again. Thank you! Endlessly!

I had a terrifying experience, my windshield wipers went out while driving on the freeway in a rainstorm. This happened on a weekend when most shops are closed. They went above and beyond and rushed the wiper transmission part and got me back on the road all on Saturday. Amazing service. A big Thank you for saving my day!

No one wants to have car problems.but if you do this is the place to get it fixed. I had just moved to the area and my car died. I spoke to a few places and it was going to be a while and a small fortune. Then I heard about thus place and they got me in the next day, fixed the problem for what I consider a very reasonable price. To top it off everyone was friendly and professional from the tow truck drive to the front office. If I ever need a car repair again, this is the only place I'll go. Thanks for the great service and getting back on the road.

My car completely died when I was driving home Sunday evening, and when I called AAA, it was a 3-hour wait; eventually, AAA cancelled my towing request completely due to high call volume. Fortunately, these guys were able to come get me within 40 minutes of calling them! The driver was super nice and went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

I had a flat tire on the Freeway. We had a short wait until your driver arrived to us. Jason Harris was the person sent out to us to help fix our tire! He was super professional, kind, and fixed our flat out n the pouring rain! He was a huge blessing to us, because we are visiting from out of town. My father had a stroke and we flew up to help and visit him in the hospital. As we shared that with Jason, he quickly helped us and then followed us to the nearest gas station, and put air in our tire for us, because it was raining.
If you don't know already. Jason Harris needs some extra kudos for excellent customer service. Again, we love you Jason! Thank you for coming so quickly and getting us back in the road to see my Dad. Crazy enough he also suggested that we go to the nearest tire center to get the nail out of our tire, purchase a new lug nut and put more air in our tire that was flat. Super informative, and Jason went way over and beyond to ensure our safety because he cared! Thanks again
