In order to successfully repair your vehicle and working with your insurance company, we follow the process as outlined below. If an insurance company is going to be involved you will need to contact them for your claim number, in most cases this is all you will need to start this process. If your vehicle is not already at are facility, please call so we can schedule your vehicle for repair. If you cannot drive the vehicle we will make arrangements to have it towed. The Lakes Body Shop is a part of the Lakes Auto Services Group.

Every vehicle leaving Lakes Body Shop is treated with the best of care. Before you pick up your car, Lakes will preform our standard auto detail including a hand washing, interior wipe-down and vacuuming. Lakes Body Shop does offer high end auto detailing services as part of our extreme packages for an additional fee(s).
