Horrible experience at the Plumb Lane location. I have heard nothing but great reviews about this company and I've taken a previous car to the downtown location. Plumb Lane location missed the issue with my car when I brought it in for my appt. they then called me back and asked me to come back because they forgot to put my skid plate back on. Hm weird. They then asked to have another individual look at my brakes again.

They then, conveniently, found the problem. They wanted to fix it then and there at 5pm. I couldn't do that and needed to leave. I was promised to come back the next week, they would fix the issue at no cost because of their mistake. When I went to pick up my car the next week they tried to charge me. I told them they promised I wouldn't have to. They then asked I pay $100 in parts because it wasn't there mistake, this was coming from the same gentlemen who promised me no charge.

I refused to pay and will NOT be returning to this business. I was so incredibly disappointed and they should have caught the issue when I first brought the car in. FINALLY, I have a huge chip in my window that I did NOT have before bringing my car to them.
