This place is fantastic, clean and very professional. My elderly mother came in for a repair and unfortunately had to cut it short due to a health issue and could not leave her car. About a month later, everything was better and when she walked through the door, they asked how her husband was and that really touched her. The repair was fairly priced, looks great and even got a thorough cleaning. A few weeks later and it still smells great. This place is awesome.

I scheduled an appointment in advance at Fort Collins Collision Repair to fix minor damage. A staff member called me several days before the appointment to confirm. During the phone call I asked for the opportunity to drop of my car two business days earlier and, consequently, pick it up two business days earlier. A staff member greened the shift. I dropped my car early on the exact day we agreed upon using the "early bird" option.
In other words, I dropped my car before 8:00 am and didn't see repair shop personnel. I called the next day to confirm the pick-up time. To my surprise, I was told that nobody has started to work on my car yet since there was a diff drop off day in the system. I was told that "the other guy who is not here today" shift my appointment to a later day, for some reason. Since I couldn't wait for a week to fix my car, I canceled the service. When I picked up my car, staff didn't even apologize for this inconvenience. Professionalism and tactfulness are words that haven't been heard at Fort Collins Collision Repair.

Fantastic experience; I Had a small fender bender back in December where another vehicle slide into my rear end. The person whom had slid into me agreed to pay for the damage out of pocket and suggested I use FortCollins Collision Repair;The damage didn't appear to be too bad. But when I had gotten a consultation I was shown damage that I hadn't even noticed! Good attention to detail when it came to knowing what to look for.
The estimated cost was a lot cheaper than I anticipated it being. it was do-able and not gonna break the bank! When my car was finished I had to pick it up alot later than hours listed and was able to still get my car even though the office had been closed the staff went out of their way to figure out a plan for me since my work hours did not mesh well with theirs. When I looked over the work done on my car I was/am beyond happy with the work that had been done. Almost brand new and I was pleasantly surprised to see my car was detailed ontop of it being fixed. I definitely recommend this company for any repairs, touch-ups or restoration work.

They did such an excellent job with our repair. They also did an amazing job cleaning it after- it was cleaner when i left than when i dropped it off. The paint match was perfect. The backup cameras work great. Definitely satisfied.
