Stan and Gale Friesen started Friesen's Auto Center, Inc. in 1992. Stan grew up in a family owned and operated business in Minnesota. Gale grew up on a large family farm also in Minnesota. In 1977, when Stan's father retired, Stan and Gale decided to venture here to Fort Collins with Stan's parents.

Recommend corrective and maintenance services and explain to the customer which of these is required now to correct existing problems and which are for preventive maintenance. Obtain prior authorization for all work done, in writing or by other means satisfactory to the customer. Make every effort to keep the customer informed about appointments and completion deadlines.
