I made the mistake of going to the dealership first. Having learned my lesson, I looked online to find a good repair shop for my BMW and Autotailor had lots of good reviews so I decided to give them a try. I'm so glad I did! My car decided to turn into a giant puzzle where all sorts of random things would go wrong. They were able to ferret out the root cause and fix everything. The shop was in constant communication with me throughout the process, letting me know what they were finding, suggesting the path forward, giving me reasonable estimates and a ballpark timetable for when the repairs would be done. I got my car back and it runs like new, looks cleaner than when I brought it there and with no billing surprises. I can't recommend them enough!

Brent, Colin and the rest of the staff have always been honest about what needs to be done and how much it'll cost. They do their best to avoid unnecessary tests. They always explain what's wrong, the timeframe it'll take to repair or if it's not urgent how long I should wait to bring my car in. Service: Oil change

I took my car in for a general inspection in July and they found some issues. Up until then the car was fine. After two weeks my altenator failed and I had to change it. In the inspection they didn't mention anything about the altenator having any issues. Two months later, I got another error code about the emmissions system. In total I have paid 3500$ and my car's engine light is on again, requiring service. I am exceedingly disappointed! Would not recommend to anyone.

Brent and Colin are so professional and understanding. They listen, they try to find the problem, and if there's no problem they tell you instead of making you pay out the Wazoo on trumped up charges. I like the Comprehensive Oil Change where they check everything out and send you a digital copy of the report with pictures. It is VERY informative and I love the assurance of them doing such a comprehensive service.
When they say my car is in good shape, I can relax and not worry because I trust them! They are honest, hard working, trustworthy and knowledgeable! You won't be sorry having them service your vehicle.
