Absolutely superb! Best garage I've been to in decades! (But I haven't been to very many.) Got an appointment the morning after I first phoned, whereas They Who Will Not Be Named couldn't see me in less that ten days. A detailed printout of the job description, with cost estimates. Friendly, professional service on my first visit which I could hardly earn in years from anyone else. And as an added benefit, they are by coincidence just three blocks away from my residence.

These guys are awesome! They get to the bottom of every issue I've had, get you the most affordable price, get the work done very timely, and have a lot of integrity in their work! Very rare to find such an amazing business that does honest, excellent work these days! And when I've had work done they are always kind in their interactions with my husband and I and take the time to explain the mechanics of the car and how various options will affect the car over time. And they were flexible and accomodating when I had a family emergency come up while my car was being worked on once! Definitely recommend them!

Beyond friendly staff! I was in a pinch and left high and dry by another less reputable shop. BG got my car in at the last min on a Friday and did a great job with struts and mounts and it was done shortly after they got the parts in. I have nothing but positives to say about this shop! They went above and beyond to help me get my car rolling again!

We just had lots of work done on our 2007 Toyota. The people here are excellent and explained everything we needed done and we also got pictures from the inspection. Our car is running great and we don't anticipate any problems, but there is a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty on repairs and parts. We will continue taking our car there.

Took my jeep wrangler into BG to repair the oil cooler housing. Tech and office crew were great. They performed a comprehensive inspection before the repair to highlight some other things I may need to do down the road (some of which I didn't know about). They repaired the part I wanted and I was on my way a day later. Fast and easy.
