A&B Import Auto started back in 1983, when Mark Ausbrooks and Craig Barlow decided to leave a local Fort Collins independent auto repair shop, that the two had been working at together, and strike off on their own as partners in the small business work. Renting a space for $200 a month on Lincoln Ave in Fort Collins, with a hand painted sandwich board out new the street, got them going.
