Emissions testing is performed from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM weekdays, and until 12:00 PM on Saturday, no appointment necessary. The photo above shows the shop soon after it was constructed, we began as a full service gas station offering auto and radiator repair. Regular rotation extends the life of your tires, saving you time and money in the long run. For rotation, each tire and wheel is removed from your vehicle and moved to a different position. This ensures that all of the tires wear evenly and last longer.

The shop was then sold to Wally Millbraph. He owned and operated the establishment until he sold the business to Chuck Pinkalla in 1981. We began serving Racine in 1981 as Chuck's Mobil & Radiator. At that time radiator repair and cooling system service was our main focus, along with being a full service Mobil oil dealer.

Emissions testing is performed from business open until 5:00 PM weekdays, and until 12:00 PM on Saturday, no appointment necessary. The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) notifies vehicle owners when an emissions test is required. We make notification with the vehicle registration renewal notices we send and at the time vehicle ownership changes.
