Towing Services
Available 24/7 across Kenosha and surrounding areas, our towing solutions handle vehicles of all sizes. This includes flatbed transport for delicate vehicles, heavy-duty recovery operations, and motorcycle-specific hauling. Complementing tow services are roadside assistance options like jump-starts, lockout help, and flat tire changes to quickly resolve common emergencies.
Brake Repair
Our brake specialists address all aspects of braking system maintenance. Through thorough diagnostics, we identify wear patterns in pads, rotors, and calipers before safety-critical failure occurs. Repair options include pad replacement, rotor resurfacing, hydraulic system repairs, and advanced diagnostics for ABS-equipped vehicles using specialized tools.
Wheel Alignment
Using precision alignment equipment, we correct front-end geometry to factory specifications. This service improves fuel efficiency by reducing rolling resistance while preventing uneven tire wear that shortens tread life. Technicians address issues caused by pothole damage or minor collisions that compromise directional stability and safety.

Dewey was spot on. Professional, gave an estimated time of arrival, showed up on schedule. Firehouse showed up in 30 minutes or so when AAA didn't show up for 3 hours. Great place, great people! Service: Car towing

We had a flat and AAA completely dropped the ball, leaving us stuck by the side of the road, at night, in below freezing temperatures. Dewey came from Firehouse Towing and got us back on the road in no time. He was professional, skilled, fast, and so personable. We strongly recommend Firehouse Performance. Service: Tire change

I called at 10:30, and they answered pretty quick for the hour. Duwey called me not long after, and picked up my jeep right away in the morning like I needed. It was also reasonably priced for being the weekend. Would definitely recommend. If you click the button to "See 14 more" under services performed it bugs out the review, and I can't hide them or post the review. Not sure why.

I found myself having my vehicle towed to this lot due to an accident. Everytime I called with an inquiry the staff was friendly and provided accurate information. The only issue was that I attempted to pick up my vehicle one day around 6p and found them to be closed, however pee Google Maps, they're open 24 hours. I think it should be updated to the towing is only available 24/7!

First thing first, this company towed my car and yes I was wrong but I'm not leaving a negative review because of that. It's the lack of professionalism & class this company displays. The front desk lady was absolutely rude. Every question I asked she was loud and aggressive. When i went in to ask why she was so disrespectful and rude on the phone her response was "we were closed!" Absolutely no excuse, especially when the hours say "24" and you picked up the phone.
Have a little more class and professionalism. Then the price she gave me over the phone, in-person & what I ended up paying was completely different. Very scammy. Just beware if you run into business with this company.
