Second time I've brought the car in and still impressed. They kept me informed throughout the process making it easy for me to manage my time while my car was worked on. So very different from the typical dealer experience.

Vehicle: 1997 F-350 7.3l diesel. Hadn't seen a mechanic in 20 years. It was a good time to see Matt, Miguel, and Lauren at J&K. I learned that ball joints do not last the life of the vehicle. But what really got my attention is that Matt and Miguel got the driver door to work from the inside and the outside. Great service. Good humor. Hard working bunch. Great communicators. Two more vehicles will be down to see them in the near future along with our fifth wheel. They work on RVs too.

My refrigerator stopped working and they really knew all about it and what the issues could be. I was very happy with the quality of the work and their knowledge of rv's.

Although auto repairs are costly, the people at JandK were very friendly and helpful in easing the pain of repairs. Many thanks to Lauren, who took the time to explain to me what needed to be done to my car and why. She is Quite an asset to your company. Also, thanks to Jerry for transportation to and from your location, making it a lot easier as well. Many thanks to you two as well as those who did the repairs on my HHR. Regards, Charles Carr, Jr.
