My GMC Terrain was involved in a hit and run on the freeway. My insurance company gave me a list of body shops. I called several and they all wanted me to set an appointment for an appraisal. I then called City East Auto Body Center and I did not have to make an appointment. I took the car to them on the same day I called and they had the appraisal complete within an hour. I informed my insurance company about my choice and the body shop ordered the parts needed for the repair.
The parts arrived within a week and my car was put into the shop a week later, on a Monday. I had the car back on Friday of that same week. The car looks GREAT. The paint job was exceptional, matching the original paint perfectly. The customer service was incredible and very professional. David stayed in touch with me the entire process. I received text on the progress almost daily. I truly felt I was in the hands of competent professionals. I seriously cannot imagine a better automotive repair shop in Spokane and I highly recommend City East Auto Body Center to anyone.
