These people are hacks. I've been an automotive tech for over 40 years and had to help an individual that took 2 vehicles to this location. They couldn't fix the 1st vehicle and had the customer take the vehicle to the dealer to diagnose it after they charged this customer over $4k. 2nd vehicle left Mechanic's Pride with more problems that it was dropped off with and over $1k was spent on it. Avoid this business at all costs. My warning is for all potential future customers not some lame excuse from the owner.

Priced $100.00 more than other mechanics? 250 to replace two belts in less than an hour seems pricey.

Mechanic Pride has to be the best Shop in Spokane! The integrity and honesty is excellent. The service is exceptional by the manager Mark. I went in the service shop thinking I would have to replace my whole radiator.and it was only the hose. Mechanic Pride could have taken total advantage of the situation but didn't. I will choose them every time. this isn't my only situation with my hunting truck with mechanic Pride either.

Critical: Professionalism They have customers park cars up and down the streets and allow no place for other businesses customers to park. Have approached them many times and get the response of that's your problem not ours. Worst neighbors in the world.

Our battery light came on and we pulled into the nearest car Dr., Les Schwab. It would be about an hour to an hour and a half wait to be seen. So I Googled nearest place to see how long (Mechanics Pride) and he said, "as long as it takes me to see what's wrong, maybe a couple of minutes". Yall, this place is amazing! They have tons of cars to attend to yet slipped us in immediately. They ended up having to stay AN HOUR after close because Napa delivered the wrong part initially and we were pretty much stranded without our car. They go above and beyond. We are so thankful! Definitely recommend!
