It's rare to have an experience be so immediately positive from the first phone call, but that's how it's felt every step of the way with these lovely folks. All of the staff has been above-and-beyond accommodating and friendly while ensuring they could help me address the issues encountered with my vehicle. Even if I didn't live nearby, I'd want to make a trip out to give them my business any time it was necessary.

They've been quick, informative, and extremely helpful with ensuring any questions were answered and issues were addressed. If you need to have anything done, they'll take care of you!

First west coast garage I've been to. Service was down to earth (no bs) and I even got a ride back to my apartment. Car was fixed and the cost was what I'd expect for this area of the country.

We bring both our vehicles (Lexus and Kia) here for oil/filter changes and other services. Very convenient location, especially if you live in or near downtown Redmond. If you use the website to schedule an appointment you won't see information about days/times they have available, you just enter your first and second preference for day and they'll get back to you by text or email to confirm one of those days or find a different day. We've never had a problem finding a day/time that works.

Just bought a pre-owned car from them and couldn't be happier. My niece and her husband have all their done here as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to all of my friends and family.

Just got a new (used) car and had it quality inspected by AA. There was superb customer service throughout the interaction, I never felt like they were condescending towards me for my lack of car knowledge. 10/10 would return. Service: Vehicle Inspection

Back in 2018 we had a 2001 Honda Odyssey that had a noise. We took it to one place who looked at it and said $1600 was needed to repair. AA repaired it for $200. Six months ago its transmission quit. They replaced it but within a week there was a problem. For 4 months they spent considerable time and effort to find another good used replacement transmission.

They ordered 4 from across the country, , installing several before finding they didn't work. We were so surprised that they kept trying, storing the van and not giving up until we decided to pull the plug. Then they even found a donation option and got rid of the van for us, refunding our entire cost of the first transmission. They are our shop for life.

I came in for a squealing belt which I thought must be worn out. They checked the belts and found that they were still in good condition, but very dirty and poorly-adjusted. So they took it apart, cleaned it, and tuned it. Now my 19-year old car drives like it is brand new again! All noises are gone, it has more power, zero hesitation, smooth idling, everything is just like new.

I am shocked. I've taken my car to numerous other places over the years, but will come here from now on. They even gave me a ride to work and paid for my uber when I came to pick up the car. I can't believe I only paid $120 for all of this.

Mike and crew took good care of my old 98 Ford Explorer. I have been going to AA Auto for many years. The staff and mechanics in my opinion are first rate and do a quality job and to top it off, they washed my vehicle! Keep up the good work! Services: Oil change, General repairs & maintenance

I thought my windshield wiper pump had quit on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I checked the fuse, topped off the washer fluid, and the wipers themselves worked fine. I had a trip planned an desperately needed to get it fixed before heading to the mountains and with this recent snowy/cold weather AA was the only place that agreed to take a quick look.

After bringing it in, the mechanic said the issue was that the fluid level below where I had added new fluid was completely frozen (the Jeep had previously been parked in -15F weather for a few days). They used some hot water from their coffee machine to thaw the frozen fluid and added new washer fluid. Everything worked just fine. They spent at least an hour working on it and after that didn't charge me anything. Who does that? AA Auto Service. Please consider them for your next repair as I sure plan too! In the meantime, I am off to pay it forward!

Very honest and fair business and I would highly recommend. My Camry's brakes were recently squeaking from time to time and my dad and I were fairly certain that we had to get the break pads replaced as a minimum. So we brought it into the shop and they did a brake inspection and found the brake pads were perfectly fine (90% left). They returned the car to us and didn't charge us for the inspection. They could have replaced the break pads as we requested. But but they didn't. An honest Shop! The shop manager Mike is very courteous and knows his job very well.
