Our regular hours are 8:00am-4:30pm Tuesday-Friday. We encourage you to use our key drop at the front door after hours and on weekends to avoid rush hour traffic and allow us to get to work on your car faster. If you already have an appointment, simply drop your key in the key drop at the front door and we'll take it from there.

Mike, Monty and the crew at Redmond Euro are great. None of the flash and all of the substance. They have deep knowledge of the cars I bring them; they are friendly and patient in their explanations to me about what's required, and they are fastidious in their attention to detail. Esp for my older cars, they are as deep as technically capable as anyone in the area. Highly recommend.

Mike and Redmond European Auto is the only place to go for Audi/VW/Porche repairs especially if you don't want to use the dealer. This place is run by an Audi/Porche enthusiast so if you have one of those, you can be self-assured your car will get the best care possible. This is the case for all vehicles they work on but it's nice to know if you do have an Audi, it will get the best care possible.

Mike helped me out with getting my 40k maintenance done on my 2007 Carrera for about 25% the price of the dealership. Also, installed all new tires which I had shipped to him. I have had my car at Redmond European a number of times. Small repairs and big repairs. Every time I found them highly professional. First, discussing in detail the work that is needed and any options there might be. They are very knowledgable about the European cars they service and have qualified mechanics to address any issue. They provide detailed cost and time estimates. They always been excellent value. They would be the first repair shop I would call when needed.

I am extremely pleased with my experience at Redmond European. Mike was upfront with me about the costs involved in repairing my BMW X3. He was very transparent about pricing, and tried to save me money wherever possible if quality parts were available by non-dealer suppliers. He even went so far as to combine tasks to save on labor costs. He didn't double charge for tasks accomplished in the same area of the vehicle, but kept it at a true hourly rate.
Whenever something unexpected came up he was on the phone telling me what if was and what the options would be. The group made every effort to come up with an accurate estimate before proceeding with work. As far as the quality of work is concerned, my car hasn't run this well in years. Not even after it had been serviced for years by Seattle BMW (the dealership). Redmond European had found major problems with my car that the mechanics at Seattle BMW had missed time and time again. It's so rare to find such honesty and quality of labor in businesses these days. I will definitely be going back to Redmond European.
