Millen Autobody

I was involved in a collision and got my car repaired at Millen. Greg is really amazing and makes the whole experience from inspection to final delivery very pleasant. He helped me understand the work needed, arranged a rental and was communicating with clarity on all aspects from repairs, pick up and delivery date. Car was not only repaired to my satisfaction but was also returned very clean and in a professional manner. People like Greg have potential to earn customers and referrals for life - thanks for making the stressful time go past like a breeze.

If you want to be told that cars are imperfect and have "a few bolts put on" take your car here. Was quoted under $200. Then the guy also stomped off since I showed him where the rest of the car was essentially flawless and despite having video of the damage occurring he doesn't want to touch my car. Sorry you are impatient and antiquated. And were incorrect in trying to debate how my car was damaged. I have video. Insurance quoted $995 and another shop at $1200. Think I will take my chances with the other guys and gals.

I quoted about replacing a new headlight module for my car because the old one contained some moisture. Greg was a very nice gentleman and never said any aggressive languages to me during the estimation. After some nice conversations with him, their pricing ended up to be very fair, especially considering some other nearby shops that seemed to just want to rob my money. Particularly, to help me save money, they provided some used headlight module and also allowed me to buy the module on my own while maintained their labor cost. So I made the deal with them and now the headlight has been working very well.

I took my 4Runner to Millen and they went to great lengths on a very difficult pain match. It was nearly impossible to get the color blended right and tinted right because the car had been painted previously in the same area. It's a difficult thing to explain, but they got it just right. I couldn't be happier Since this car was done I recently took another car to them they worked their magic again and got it looking good as new.

I called a few times and every time I did they were responsive and answered all my questions without making me feel like I was the know-nothing car owner that I am. I can't imagine going anywhere else if I need body work done in the future. Nice job, Millen!

I am super picky. I used their services twice for body repair ( two different cars) Both times they exceeded my expectations. Color matching, replacement part installation, seams between parts all professionally done. They even detailed the car. Car looked like new. I have been recommending them to all my neighbors and friends.

This was by far the most amazing auto body shop I have been to. This took such great care of my car, helped me navigate the insurance portion and got it back to me better than before. Plus the people were so warm and welcoming. 5 stars!

Alright, so I managed to dent the inside panel of the driver's door on my 2018 Ridgeline - I obviously wasn't listening when my dad told me to try not to close the door on the seat belt buckle. The dent was substantial, but I never would have noticed it, except that the dent doesn't allow the "Door Closed" switch to engage, so the "Door Open" indicator is always on, so the remote key doesn't work, and the interior lights are always on, and you get the idea.

When I went into Millen Autobody, my heart skipped a beat when I saw the photos on the wall of a beautiful Nash Metropolitan slightly tricked out - the wheelie bars are a giveaway that this ain't your mama's Nash, but as the story goes, it actually is - and I knew I was among people that like cars. That matters to me. Greg checked my problem out and wrote up an estimate for the "simple" version of a fix while explaining that if the "simple" version didn't work, the "complicated" version would be a lot more.

My insurance company gave it their blessing, and they started working on it on Monday. Late afternoon on Wednesday, Greg called me, and as I bent over and braced myself for the expensive version of the "complicated" solution - the one where they have my truck for a month while I look for a new insurance company - he told me that the job was all done.

On Thursday morning, I went down to pick it up. First of all, you would never know anything had ever happened to that door - it looks as good as the day I bought it. In that I was expecting only a repair that you would never notice because you never notice that part of the door anyway, an absolutely perfect repair was a very pleasant surprise. Secondly, and this is the real reason for the five-star review, the truck had been washed and detailed.

It positively sparkles, inside and out, from stem to stern all the way down to the floor mats. I REALLY didn't expect that, but it speaks to the care that these guys give to the customer and the quality of the work they produce. Happy isn't good enough - they want you to be blown away, and I was. I'm sort of hoping to not be a regular customer, but if I ever need anything done again, this is my go-to place. Only five stars because they don't have six.

I am super picky where I will take my car. These guys are great! I hope I never need them again but if I do I will be happy they are there for me.

If I could give Millen Autobody more stars, I would. They went above and beyond. A rear reflector for my 2000 BMW Z3 was no longer available so they fabricated one, using my old reflector base. It looks great! Jason was great to work with on this project and so diligent. Many thanks!

Im not sure where this shop has been all my life but I'm never going anywhere else. The people who run this shop are just fantastic. My car, that seems to be cursed, has made its way to Millen auto body 3 times in the last month. Every time I walk away feeling so much better then when I arrived. Greg and Jason were so helpful and explained everything to me so I wasn't surprised when I saw the costs.

All I had to do was show up and in a blink of an eye it was fixed. Well-maybe a week or so, but I swear- don't go anywhere else! I should add they worked great with insurance as well!

My car was badly damaged in an accident and Scott and Greg at Millen Autobody went to bat for me to make sure my car was properly assessed by the insurance company who was undervaluing the repair costs. Ultimately, Millen determined the damage was too extensive to repair and convinced my insurance company that my car should be deemed a "structural total loss" and not safe to drive.

I appreciate that Millen made that assessment instead of trying to repair it when repairing would probably have been better financially for the shop. I would absolutely trust them again!

Awesome and timely service. No delays, no frustration. I know this may sound like an AD, but I'm just a usual customer, who found his favorite car shop. I've originally took my car to Millen Autobody to fix the damaged doors, one of which needed to be replaced. Their friendly crew helped me out with a free estimate and answered all my questions. When I decided to drop the car in the shop, they called the rental company to pick me up from there.

Fast forward two weeks (exactly as much time as they told me the job will take them), I've picked up my car in perfect condition. It looked like new, and I couldn't even find any spot which differed from its original state. One week update: After taking my car from the shop and driving it for about a week, I started hearing some noise from the roof.

I called the shop and described them what's happening. I was pleased to again be treated with respect. They scheduled an appointment so they can understand where from the noise is coming. I took the car to the shop in a month and within 45 seconds of driving the person was able to identify the noise. They took the car to the garage and I had it back in about 40 minutes. No any noises or. Concerns since then. If you are looking for a place to get your car repaired, you won't regret using this shop. This is the best one around here.

Best experience. They deal with the insurance very well. Their guarentee is top notch. I had a rear end and they fixed the dent. Three months later, the trunk door would not open. Brittany worked with State Farm tirelessly and submitted claims. She got the approvals and also made an appointment with me to fix it up. This is beyond FIRST class service

This is the only place I'll trust my car with. And here's why - when you're at an autobody shop, you're already upset about whatever happened to your vehicle, and nervous about the costs. The last thing you want is being treated poorly, or your vehicle not fixed right or getting overcharged. First off, their customer service is unparalleled. Greg, Brittany and Nick are phenomenal!

They take care of you. They remember you, your dog, your kids. you get it. There's no judgement. They get quotes to you quickly, work with the insurance company to make everything seamless. Once they have the parts, they call and pencil you into their calendar. Usually takes about a week or two depending on what parts they need to procure. They call again and re-confirm your appointment a few days before.

They arrange for the rental car to come pick up at their store. A few days later, the vehicle is a good as new. Seriously, even better than it had been before. The whole side of my car had been brought back to new condition and folks wouldn't believe me when I told them I had been in a wreck! They deliver on their promise. They even detailed my absolutely messy car! Both inside and outside! Who does that these days?! I love their work and professionalism. These are my go-to people! Thank you Greg, Nick and Brittany!

Superb Customer Service and Quality of Work. I had the unfortunate need for an auto body shop after I hit a railing with my car. Millen was refered to me from my insurance company and I'm so glad it was. The staff there (Greg in particular) was super friendly, helpful and informative about my car and what it would take. Dropping it off was a breeze as was picking it up. Top notch place that I'll recommend to any friends/family.

Beyond impressed. After getting T-boned, I had originally taken my car to Bel Kirk who ended up butchering it, being rude, and then denying any accountability for the abysmal work they did. In the end, the insurance company agreed my car was not actually fixed, and was kind enough to let me start over at a new shop. Then I came to Millen! They definitely changed my perception of auto body shops.

They quickly found additional problems from the accident that the other shop (and myself) had not noticed. They then took the time to truly diagnose why the pieces on my car were not fitting properly after the first repair, then they repaired the hidden damage caused in accident (not just the visible surface damage!) They took the time to do it right, even though it was an insurance claim and that means more pressure on the body shop.

In the end, they actually FIXED my car and I am so grateful. They had great communication through the whole process and they are honest and easy to talk to. The owner is charming and has old pictures of cars he's owned or worked on - you can feel the pride. This is a great family business and it was so clear to me they are honest and genuine in their work. I am simply grateful.

They are the best auto repair specialists I have ever worked with. Their prices are fair and their service is impeccable. I have used others but none of matched their level of service and customer care.

Called to ask if they paint wheels/tires/brake calipers, and was told he had never heard of those. An auto body shop that has never heard of tires or breaks.

Came in for a simple tailgate issue that was quoted elsewhere for $2k. He took a look at it and was able to fix in 10 minutes and didn't even charge us. Should I ever need work done, this is where I will go. Fast, kind and based on the other work I saw there, they are good at what they do!

Top notch work and down to earth service. I was rear ended by a Metro bus on the 520 bridge. Damaged the back end of my beloved truck. I visited many shops looking for a place that would take care of my truck and bring it back to what it was before the accident. The team at Millin took great care of both of us. They kept me informed of what was happening throughout the repair process.

They went to bat for me when they needed to make repairs beyond the initial estimate. The truck looks brand new and I don't think it has been as clean since I drove it off the showroom floor. I'd recommend them to *anyone* needing repair work done. Kudos to the team at Millin.
