We have been using Tommy's for 20+ years and have never had a bad experience. Michael and his team go above and beyond to deliver high quality service. We were super pleased with our most recent visit; they texted a link to a full breakdown of suggested services with pricing and we were able to select the ones we wanted performed. Always fast, effective, and polite. I am contacted when I'm due for an oil change and they help me set up an appointment which is great. Also, I don't use their ride service but I think it's great that it's an option! Service: Oil change

Went to a different shop first & was quoted over $100 for an oil change. Found out Tommy's was so close to my house and only $40!. I was in & out within in an hour. Trevor & Doc were super friendly & informative. Very happy with my service & will definitely be back next time! Service: Oil change

Having just had my vehicle in for repair @ Toyota of Denton, where the dealership charged me over $ 1,000.00 for a problem they didn't fix, Tommy's technician immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it - for $ 75.00. The process was quick, they were responsive and cheerful. I'll definitely be coming back. Services: Electrical repair, Wiper blade installation

My car was taken in after it broke down because they happened to be the closest mechanic to where my car died. They wanted to charge $1500 for my alternator and $2500 in additional repairs. We towed my car to our usual, trusted mechanic and they quoted $600 for my alternator and $400 for the other repairs. Best of all, nothing is even wrong my with alternator. It's charging fine. Tommy's would have charged me almost 3x over the value of the parts and labor for what should have been a simple battery change.
And the worst thing that is wrong with my car right now, wasn't even on Tommy's diagnostics list. I looked forward to seeing the owners google response where they copy and paste something about a miscommunication or how they only provide accurate, well priced diagnostics!
