Locally owned and operated by the same guys for years. My BIL has gone here for over 20 years for his auto repairs. I was travelling for the Holidays and needed an oil change. They got me an appt and did a great professional job in a timely manner. Great place, although they are busy so plan ahead

When you are lucky to find those tucked away car repair company's you don't won't to let go. The outside is no great shakes but inside are where the miracles happen. Randy Rogers is your go to. Money is important. Your first born is more so. Push them both forward and your return will be invaluable.

I had the BEST experience with Allison's. As a woman who doesn't know too much about cars, they made sure to explain everything throughly and walked me through their processes. Wanted to give a huge shoutout to Randy who really went above and beyond for me! I will 110% be back for all of my other car needs. Thank y'all!

Everyone needs a mechanic. A good mechanic is preferable. A good, reliable, trustworthy mechanic is one you stick with as long as possible. We've been going to Allison's for at least 10 years, maybe 15, and plan to continue going, and we'll continue to recommend others do, too.

I love Allison's! My family and my business have all been coming here for as long as I can recall. at least 15 years? they have worked on our work box truck and van as well as my personal jeep. they never try to sell me what I don't need! I totally trust them. I always end up paying exactly what they quoted. I live in McKinney now and Allison's is in Plano.

I don't care - I make the drive anyway. I feel like I am getting ripped off if I go anywhere else. the guys that work here are great, Scott and Randy and Michael always take care of me. and they are always fast. my Jeep has 156,000 miles and going strong! thx to Allison's.

Highly recommend! Randy and Michael have taken care of my Chrysler 300 twice now and I have been VERY HAPPY both times. Seriously great service, friendly staff, so reasonably priced, won't do anything that you don't need or want, will educate you honestly and show you problems and explain things. Randy worked hard to find me the best price on tires.

Be prepared to leave your vehicle if possible, smaller garage so they need time, if you do have to wait or want to, just let them know and you won't be bored, plenty to talk about because they are so knowledgeable! But take your iPad or a book just in case.

I have lived in Plano since 1980. I have probably come to Allison's for at least 25 years. They have done extended warranty work for me on my transmission. Brake jobs, alignments, radiators, electric window motors, what ever my need has been they have always given me multiple options, they have never pressured me. I have shopped other garages, never found anyone I would trust more than Allison Motors.

They are fair, reasonable, professional, respectful, courteous.sounds like the boy scouts. They are very good people. They have Earned and Kept my trust. And no, I have no stock in the company. Just a satisfied customer.
