Replaced the radiator and hoses on a Ranger with the cost coming to $343 plus tax. That's a fair price and it was done in a timely manner. The problem was clearly explained to me and the old parts shown to me after the replacement. The shop was clean and orderly and the owner seemed like an honest guy. At least that was my impression. I would recommend Victor's Radiator Service.

Integrity and honesty still exist at Victor's, combined with reasonable pricing. He treated me fairly the first time, so I went back when my other car overheated. I would recommend Victor to my family.

The 2nd time I used victor, he tested my radiator and it turned out to be good. He did mention to me to clean the radiator with a pressure washer. So my 3rd trip to him for a different radiator a few weeks later I decided to wash the filthy radiator before bringing it to him. As I was walking up, he tells me to leave and claimed somebody else has already worked on it. Whatever Victor was thinking, he's surely wrong. It's nearly impossible to find a good radiator man these days now. I'm sure he'll see this.

I've been coming to victor for almost 20 years. And he never falters in his work ethic pride of work and value to your car and customer service. The man is the epitome of a dying breed of men. And that is unfortunate because he's a solid one. Straight shooter and won't sell you on work you don't need. Period. Prices are very fair and work warranted done solid. That's all you can ask for.

Great experience! I called the establishment, Victor picked up immediately! Greeted me very kindly and asked what could he do for me. I asked about a radiator part, which he was very inclined about (30 years in the business), told me exactly how to fix it, gave me multiple routes to fix it, even invited me down to the shop to see if he had an exact match! I tell you what, the guy is honest, easy to talk to, and really is there to help you. the customer. 5 stars man. Great business, great guy.

Best radiator shop in town and arguably one of the best businesses and business owners in pomona. Super pleasant, super clean shop. Victor cares more about customer satisfaction than a profit even in these tough economic times! Need a radiator? Hit up Victor!
