Really professional place, very quick as well, they won't do an estimate over the phone you have to go in, as they prefer to actually get a look at what the situation is before they give you an estimate. They will also work with you on the price. Super professional place and I do highly recommend them. My work will not be done for a few days so I will update the review then about the quality of work.

Went to American & Import Auto Repair after having issues elsewhere. They got the diagnosis in very quickly and the appointment date was also able to be keep. Once there they found more issues with my vehicle, and they made sure I was aware of the issue and helped me out where they could with the cost due the severity of some of the issues another place had caused. They also made sure I was able to get home and back to the shop once it was realized it would be a few days before I'd have my car back. Great service and would highly recommend as a shop to anyone.

Helped me solve an engine timing issue with my 2010 Odyssey. They are willing to explain things in great detail and talk you through their diagnosis. Their first diagnosis was possible valve damage, but I asked if they could dig further because we wanted to keep the van long term. I was willing to pay the labor to have them dig deeper, and it revealed some bad timing components. Love the fact that they were willing to work with me, and the van runs like new again. I've worked with them nearly 10 years with this same van, so yeah I'd recommend them for sure.

Took my truck in because it was "missing" and almost stalling. They estimated $2000 to replace 6 spark plugs, ignition coils and intake manifold gasket set. When I said no thanks, that's too high, the mechanic said they could do it for $1400. When I went to pick it up they said they would have the manager call me, that the mechanic writing the quote had only worked there 1 week. She never did. And perhaps they should have a more senior employee check quotes before sending to customers. It cost me $300 in parts and my husband fixed it in 21/2 hours. Try should have quoted about $600
