We're open Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We're closed on weekends and major holidays.

Our regular mechanic has changed ownership, and we had some concerns over service quality. Since Poutous is so close to us and the reviews were very good, we decided to give them a shot and see how the experience went. I left an appt request online, and they called to verify, which was nice. They kept our car overnight while they checked things out. (Basically it needed brake fluid replaced and checked for leaks in the coolant system) They called back with a quote for the work, and I told them OK.
They had the car ready to go within their estimate. I put some cardboard down in the garage and after a week it didnt have a single drop on it, so I know they got the work done like they said. Will definitely return for future service needs. In addition, while their parking area is a bit cramped, their waiting area is huge, and well stocked so you'll be comfortable while you wait. The three gentlemen i spoke to while I was there were friendly and down to earth.

This is my second time coming here to get my state vehicle inspection. I called to get to set an appointment, they said first come first serve. I was able to arrive and get the state inspection accomplished in a half an hour. Thank you and had very polite service.

Just got my Tacoma back from getting the 75k mile treatment and it's running smoother than ever. They looked it over from bumper to bumper and only did what was needed. (Thankfully, being a Toyota, there wasn't much that needed to be done). We've been using Poutous for years, and it will continue to be the ONLY place we bring our vehicles.
