They order my glass because the one they use was warped but they damage my window molding and door handle is loose. I appreciate them getting right glass but not happy about my stuff getting damaged.if that wouldn't happen 5 stars.

TERRIBLE customer service and not only did they add tint without asking, but they charged 380 for a 279.00 window replacement. And at that they did a terrible work. A SCAM. I would recommend looking elsewhere. For cheaper and better for sure. Service: Auto windshield replacement

Haven't had installation yet so I can't rate that, however, I called a couple places for a quote. They are lower in cost compared to a national company. We all know who that company is. I also called a reputable place in Waco I am familiar with and the price was comparable. I'll update my review after installation. The quote was fast and they had plenty of available appointments. And they are open on the weekends!

I had my front windshield fixed on 1/18 the guy who fixed it was very professional. The same day later that evening my husband notice that the rubber around the glass was missing I called the office the next morning to report it and I sent before and after pictures the women told me I have a warranty so she will get it done. Well on 1/20 I called the office and a man who was rude to me they can't replace it and it I want to I can pay for another one.

I was new to this and he was saying to me I should of as for a different kind. Well I will not be recommending this place to NO one. REVISED : Today 1/21 Ivan called to talk to me about what had happened and he took his time to explain to me about the type of window I got it was a very pleasant conversation he understood I'm new to this and didn't understand everything but talking to him it made me feel so much better. I'm very sorry for my first review but I'm glad that this type of business really does care about they customers. Again thank you Ivan.
