I am MOST IMPRESSED with Adams Automotive and with Grant, as my representative, the most. From the moment I walked in, through many calls and texts, Grant was kind and helpful and went out of his way to provide service for me. He even sent a video of my car being diagnosed so I could see the results and believe I was getting top treatment. When I realized an original warranty would cover me only at the dealer, I had my car towed there and didn't use Adams this time. But I have used them before and been extremely happy and will use them again. I received excellent service with Grant. And Adams is over and above, the best place to go for car service.

I love driving my Audi S5 and was very upset to see a dent on it. I was a bit concerned about taking my Audi S5 to Adams Automotive Services for repairs. But I must say, I made the right decision taking it here as the service offered by them was outstanding. The Audi Mechanic in Houston fixed it so well, as if the dent never existed. The finishing was done perfectly. The Audi Mechanics in Houston are so kind and treat you like you're priority. You can trust them to get the job done. Honestly, this organization has the best customer service. They have worked on both of my vehicles several times - for both maintenance and repairs - and done a fabulous job every time. They succeeded where the dealership failed twice. Also, Adams has THE BEST customer service I've experienced with any company, in any industry over the last 10 years. They've gone above and beyond to help me. Special note: thank you to Rodney and all of the people who have worked on my vehicles behind the scene.

This is the best auto shop in America. I have gone to bad auto shops and good auto shops but this is an amazing auto shop. The prices are amazing and even if they were high, the services and experience you receive would be worth every penny. Glenn is one of the nicest guys you can have handling your car. Can't speak any higher on this place. I am so lucky to live near Adams.

I cannot recommend this group enough! Amazing attention to detail, outstanding communication, and very fair prices! Although I know it took a whole group to work on my car, the only name I left with was Grant. Grant was outstanding, as well as all the hard-working people behind the scenes, amazing! As a new customer they did excellent work on a vehicle they did not have a history with. All the reviews are right. This is a great place you can trust.

They did a once over on my vehicle before I bought it from a private party for a reasonable fee and now, almost a year later, they did a full bumper to bumper inspection on it for free and have efficiently addressed all my concerns. James and Glenn have been a pleasure to work with, and all the staff have been courteous and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain all the recommended repairs in order of importance and WHY they were important, including sending me pics and videos and having a 30 minute conversation with me on my level (which is basically totally ignorant about car stuff). I am pretty sure they've earned customers for life from our family! :)

This is a terrific place to get car repairs done. The staff is all so trustworthy. I drive a 17 year old Lexus and they keep that car running for me. They never push me to do repairs or maintenance that is not critical. They stand behind their work and go the extra mile. Glen is a fantastic service manager. He went over and above to repair my car and to keep us happy as customers. I just can't say enough good things about him and the whole staff at Adams.
