Chris does exceptional work and this will be the only place I will take my cars to for any future windshield repairs. Before bringing our Tesla there I spoke with him and texted him photos of the rock chip. I wanted to make sure he felt the chip was repairable before I brought the car in because the chip was in a weird spot. The chipped area was in the blacked area near the bottom of the windshield by the vin number.

He was very upfront about the service, explaining all the risks involved and his different experiences with this type of repair. He was even willing to do the work after working hours when the temperature was cooler to lower the chances for any cracking. Chris goes above and beyond for his customers!

Chris was extremely prompt and responsive and gave me step by step updates on what glass he was ordering, how long it would take to install, and the cost. The turnaround for my rear window to be replaced was less than 48 hours and overall it was an incredibly pleasant experience. Cannot recommend he and his business enough!

Chris walked me through the entire process over the phone and gave me some options on how I could save money. He was able to replace the fractured window on the same day the new order arrived. If this unfortunate circumstance ever happens again, I know what company to visit! Give these guys a shot; you will not be disappointed.

The weatherstrip on the driver side window of my old 4Runner came loose and badly scratched up the window. Was going to take it to Safelite to get it replaced but saw the great reviews for this place and decided to give it a try and am glad I did. The vehicle is old and they no longer make an OEM window but Chris found me one at a salvage yard. Did a great job installing window and new weatherstrip.

Chris went above and beyond providing different replacement options and comparing prices with other competitors for me. He was very upfront about the price and ensuring the right quality and specs. He was done replacing my windshield in about 2 hours. He also guarantees a warranty on the labor and discounts any repairs within the near future (from memory, I think it was 90 days but it might be longer). I'll be sure to come back for any future work (fingers crossed that it won't be anytime soon).

The side windows of my sedan were completely destroyed from a smash-and-grab thief who decided it was a good idea to destroy my car windows for a pair of sunglasses I left on the center console. I am very happy with the service here! Chris was very helpful and they have a nice waiting area for the 2.5-3 hour estimated wait time. Very communicative at the beginning during the purchase process getting the glass and molding, which he did for me, which took a load off of me. Chris and Debra are just a super nice couple. This is my third time bringing my car for rock chip repair, this one was a doozy with three chips from a flying nut or something metal. The dealership by my house said they couldn't repair it, so I brought it to Chris again. He couldn't promise it would be perfect, but I just needed something to that would improve the visibility and not expand the crack.

In March 2020, I got a crack on my windshield. I got it from debris from a trailer truck at a freeway. The crack grew by 2-3 inches the following morning (almost the length of a bill) I had to get it fixed right away. Able Auto Glass was open early so I went in person to get a quote. The owner was able to do the repair the same day, so we scheduled a time and I came back a few hours later.

The work was very quick and has held up a year later. The shop owners were really kind and polite. They also guaranteed their work so if the crack got worse, they will help at no extra charge. Plus: owner showed me his wifi cameras inside his shop. They looked to good, I got myself a pair for my home!

I was referred here by my insurance agent, and after reading a few of the reviews, I decided to get in contact with Able Auto Glass about my F-150 windshield. The owner Chris is amazing and I cannot recommend this shop enough. I had my car broken into and needed my window repaired. He fixed it the same day and for less than half the price of Safelite. He was unbelievably nice and accommodating that I will not go anywhere else if I need future glass repairs. He even alerted me to other car issues and gave me the name of a trustworthy mechanic I could bring my car to.

I cannot give this shop enough stars to match the level of service I received, I beyond recommend them, they are decent and honest people, which can so often be hard to find in the automotive care industry.

It's nice to have a glass shop so close to the med center. I came for a chip repair and was in and out quickly with no problems. Geico covered the repair at no cost to me. Will return for any future auto glass needs.

The work was quick, the price was low, the quality was excellent, and Chris and Deborah (the owners) were super friendly.

My car got broken into a few days ago so I called around Houston trying to find the cheapest place to get my shattered window fixed. This place was considerably cheaper than all of the rest, and they were available to fix it days earlier than any of the other places I called. When we went, we were greeted by Deborah and Chris who were both very nice and accommodating. Chris worked on the car and explained every step to me so I knew what he was doing.

He got the job done fast and well. He even vacuumed up all of the glass! Deborah showed us to a cute little waiting room with Netflix, WiFi, coffee, and a couch. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs auto glass repair!

Chris and Deb were great. My car was broken into around 5pm on a Monday night. I called and he did not have the glass in stock, but was able to order it for the next day. Chris let me park my car at his shop overnight so I didn't have to worry about parking my car in my apartment parking garage with a window completely missing. He even offered to give us a ride to the nearest train stop, but we ended up taking an Uber. He replaced the glass next day, providing text updates (including pictures) along the way. Would recommend Able Auto Glass to anyone.

Able Auto Glass is the only place I go to every time I get a rock chip or have windshield problems. This has been my go to place for the last 5 years. Chris is very professional, honest, and always does an amazing job. Every time a rock hits my windshield (which is often if you live in Houston), I call Able Auto Glass and try to get earliest appointment. All my windshield repairs have been very high quality and I have never had an issue after the repair.

I found this place on yelp when I searched "windshield rock chip repair", it had 5 stars so I thought I need to come here! I called them and left a message for a quote and appointment, Chris texted me back giving me all the info on rock chip repair including the price depending on how large the chip is. He mentioned he couldn't do it until my windshield was completely dry cause he only had 1 shot to do it right.

If your windshield isn't completely dry it'll leave a milky spot. Who knew?! Houston was forecasting rain for the next 2 weeks so I told him I'll be in touch. 2-3 days later we had a dry, partly sunny day and I decided I wanted to get this done ASAP so it doesn't spread. I texted Chris back and he was super responsive - telling me he can do it in 2 hours at 2pm or 3pm and it'll take about an hour.

Cool beans! I showed up, definitely nothing fancy but who needs fancy at an auto repair shop? I pull my car in, he explains what he's gonna do and I hang out and chat and then wait in the small waiting area for a bit (couch, tv - water, coffee or tea offered). Both Chris and Deborah were so friendly and chatty! :) They offered me cookies and chocolates and they told me insurance may cover the costs of a chip repair. All-in-all good experience and I was in and out in about an hour like promised! My chip went from dime size to a tiny dot and he told me he can guarantee it won't spread! Thanks Chris!
