I was very pleased with the services provided at this establishment. Not only did they finish the repairs on my car much faster than expected but they also provided me with information about how to work with insurance and the ins and outs of the process. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable and there was never a time when I was worried about my vehicle. Completely recommend!

Extremely happy with the service, quality work, and quick turnaround of my 2016 Dodge Ram. I drove from Rogue River to Eugene to get my truck fixed in 2 weeks, for 30% less than shops in Medford, that needed 8 weeks before they could start on my truck. Spoke with owner, manager, and receptionist, all were very friendly and helpful. Received almost daily texts advising me of the progress of my truck. No disappointments here. I highly recommend this shop.

Although it took several months to get my new hood and fender ( not their fault-Pandemic) they kept me informed and when parts finally came, they installed them right away. Plus, when I picked up my car, it was washed and cleaned inside and out. All employees I dealt with were very polite! Services: Painting, Body & Trim
