I've only had positive experiences at Addison Auto. Not only is their work done well, but they are very professional and great with communication. Additionally, Jesse has always been incredibly kind and respectful whenever I have needed their services. Addison Auto is a great shop! I had an oil leak, took my baby to the local dealership for diagnostic and possible repair. The dealer quoted me $5k to fix replace several leaky gaskets. Cue Addison - I sent them my dealer quote, and they came back less than half! Staff was very communicative and let me know what was up at every opportunity. Best of all, not only is my car fixed, but has a 2y/24k mile warranty on their repairs. Finally! A full service shop I can trust. Thanks Addison Auto, and especially Tom, who did my repairs.

My experience at Addison Auto Repair exceeded my expectations. Every employee interaction that I had was stellar. I want to shout out Jake for his exceptional customer service and compassion. I was updated almost weekly on the status of my car and had all of my questions/concerns addressed. He really took the time to keep me in the loop and took so much stress out of the whole experience. My car looked brand new when I got it back and I am beyond satisfied. I would recommend Addison a thousand times over!
