I got my clutch replaced. A little irritated because they had to do some kind of warranty work very early after clutch was replaced. I was told if it happens again that it wouldn't be covered under warranty because the problem is because of the driver. Not sure how there was a problem so quickly after the clutch was replaced because of the way I drive and not sure how that is proven. The noise I hear is still there was told I need to have my transmission rebuilt and they recommended a transmission place which gave me an estimate of 2500 AFTER I just replaced my clutch which wasn't cheap.

I don't know what to believe. I just want someone to work on my car I can trust and not take advantage of me because I don't know. My car is old and not sure dumping money into it is such a great idea. OTHER then this problem I love Jenos.

I went to Jeno's because of their high rating on Google and proximity to my home. The dealership wanted to charge me hundreds just to diagnose my A/C that wasn't working. Jeno's was able to get me in quickly and was able to find that it was a recall covered issue in short order. They charged me nothing for their diagnostic work. They also let me know about another issue that I will need to get addressed in the near future, for which I am greatly appreciative.

They were booked out a week in advance.but the good places are. Worth the 22 mile drive to utilize them. A weeks worth of work on a 22 yr old Camry. Not cheap, but nothing is. It's hard to find a good repair shop to work on a truck from the mid 90s but Jeno's definitely knows what they're doing! We are new to CO & Jeno's was very highly recommended to us by a longtime CO resident. We are EXTREMELY GRATEFUL! We felt the staff at Jeno's were very competent and also very honest--unbeknownst to us, they had a discount offer coming up the following week & they applied it to our bill. We mentioned we had an intermittent issue with the car windows; they investigated it and explained that if we depress the remote button too long, that can cause that issue--no charge for that. Once again, they were very honest and resolved our concerns! We feel so blest to have been led to this WONDERFUL BUSINESS!
