Hampden Auto Body is the only place I'll take my family's vehicles. We had a collision repair and they absolutely went above and beyond, treating our 4Runner like their own. You can either approach problems the easy way or the right way. They only know the right way. They advocated for high quality parts and worked masterfully with the insurance company. They're very experienced and helped navigate the claim without much of my effort. Highly recommend for anyone's auto repair needs.

Go here if you want to wait 4 months+ to get your car back. I was originally given an estimate of 1 month to begin repairs and months later we are still waiting for a concrete date. You would be better off trying to order the parts yourself as many of the "backordered" parts can be found online. I would choose another place if I could go back.

I was unfortunately hit by a box truck, and took my car to Hampden Auto Body for body repairs. Not only did they do an impeccable job fixing the body damage from the accident, but also helped out with the rust that has accumulated over the car's lifetime. They were also extremely kind in patching up my sagging headliner inside my car, even though I had never brought it up to them. The whole time during repairs, they were in close contact letting me know about updates and timelines.
They were crystal clear with what they were trying to achieve while navigating the supreme annoyance of insurance agencies. It is rare to find a body shop with this level of customer service, attention to detail, and overall kindness. I cannot praise them highly enough. Thanks so much to Brian, Mike, Giancarlo and the rest of the team for their hard work and dedication to their craft. As long as you are patient (considering the craziness of COVID, supply chains, etc), they will do an impeccable job.
