I can't say enough good things about Bob Zook! We were involved in an accident and being new to the area we didn't know what to expect from the local repair facilities. We chose Bob Zook based on the reviews and the way we were treated with respect at our first meeting. Bob Zook kept us informed on the progress of our repairs, no need for us to call for updates, we always knew where we were at in the process of getting our car back. Upon picking up our car we were amazed at the quality and speed they repaired our vehicle. Everything was spotless inside & out. Thank you!

We had some damage done to our car the middle of December 2021. We got several bids and they were all pretty close. Our overriding concern was we needed the car fixed by early February to leave for an extended trip. Every other auto body shop said the earliest they could work on it was late February. Bryan Caldwell the owner of Bob Zook auto body said he would get it fixed before we had to leave.

We obviously told him to go ahead. He gave us a date to drop it off. We dropped it off on a Monday and it was done and we picked it up on Friday. He made an exceptional effort to get this done especially during a time when getting parts and the labor needed were in short supply. When we picked up the car it shined brighter than new and the whole inside was detailed and spotlessly cleaned. We did not expect that. We highly recommend Bob Zook auto body in Bloomington for any collision repair work needed!

WOW! They did an amazing job fixing the damage from a recent accident on my family's minivan. This will be the first place I look in the future for any auto body work!

Critical: Professionalism Refused to give estimates because they thought I would not bring the vehicle to them. Told me they didn't want to my business and not to bother coming back. Very unprofessional and very poor customer service. I would not recommend to anyone and take your vehicle somewhere else where they value you as a customer.

Not only did they get me in right away, but they took the time to sit me down, let me know what the process was going to be like. From the Insurance and how to file it - to fixing the car - to the car rental. I got my car back today (2 days early) and can not believe how great it looks. It was super easy that I went through Hertz for my car rental.

I was able to just leave my rental car at their facility and take mine home with me. They took care of EVERYTHING. My car was cleaner than the way I left it with them. They detailed the inside AND outside of my car. It looks amazing. I mean they even shined my tires. WOW. I cannot even tell anything happened to it. I can tell they took their time as well as know their stuff!

I felt important and valued to say the least! I HIGHLY recommend Bob Zook Auto Body if you have any work to be done! Side Note: Their facility is BEAUTIFUL. Everything is new and like a high end shop. Everything was very clean. Impressed! Great job!

I've had experience with them for years, both professionally and personally, and besides the quality of their work, they're just good people. They don't just do body work either. My car is getting new brakes there now. All of their work is high quality, and I think everyone should make them their choice.

The absolutely best body shop in Bloomington Normal. Not the cheapest but the best quality. The owner, Brian Caldwell is a perfectionist and the outcome of the finished product is superb!

Bryan and his team did such a wonderful job of fixing my car after some damage to my passenger side door. The insurance estimate was completed quickly, I was able to get it fixed in a timely fashion, and they had it done within the projected amount of time. Best of all, I was able to drop off my rental at the shop for enterprise to pick up there, and my car was amazingly clean! The Bob Zook team detailed my car as part of the repair, which was so unexpected and wonderful. All around a 5-star experience!

After calling dealerships in town as well as surrounding towns and being told they couldn't get us in for a couple of weeks, we called Zook's. We needed to have our car looked at due to a water issue and we were in a time crunch. Derek and the Zoom Team worked tirelessly for 3 days to find the issue with our car and have it back to us before we left on our trip. Brian kept us updated as they worked towards finding the issue and spoke to us about everything they did when we came to pick up the car. We can't say thank you enough to everyone at Bob Zook Auto Body! We will definitely be returning for all of our future vehicle needs! Thank you!

My co-worker won't take his vehicle any where else for body repairs and now I see why. Brian and his team were great to work with. My vehicle had significant damage from an accident and as a claimant, I was very impressed how Brian worked with me even when the insurance company gave several curve balls. Brian worked hard to get original toyota parts on my vehicle and will fight for you to ensure you have the very best.

Going to body shops in my experience has tended to be something I look forward to like going to the dentist. I recently had to have a repair completed on my VW, and chose Bob Zook. I cannot speak highly enough about their level of care and professionalism. Bryan presented options, walked me through the entire process in a way that made me feel like questions were welcome.

I've heard that VW owners have a reputation for being.challenging, I got none of this from the Bob Zook team. When picking up the car I was thoroughly impressed by the repair, the over detailing the team completed, could not be happier in any respect. I plan to take my car to them for an annual detailing from here on out. Great experience!

Front counter lady was absolutely rude. If it wasn't for how well my car was fixed I wouldn't be returning due to her.

I have done business with Bryan at Bob Zook Auto Body Inc. for many years. He has an awesome crew who are friendly, professional and perfectionists. Debbie, the office manager, is always a pleasure to deal with. I can't imagine having a better experience anywhere!

My Dodge Dart got hit in a parking lot and needed a replacement bumper. Everyone at Bob Zook was extremely friendly and Bryan took the time to explain to me the process of getting my car fixed. The price was fair and I got my car back with it looking better than it did before it was hit. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quality body shop that cares about doing things right.

They were awesome to work with, ie fast, friendly, quality work. Brian was awesome with handling a cranky insurance adjuster and I was not anticipating that I would be picking up a fully detailed car, no extra charge! Bonus!

I wish I could give 10 stars. I have done business with Brian for years. What I appreciate about his business is his integrity, his staff knowledge, and lastly his quality of work, which is unparalleled. Brian has worked on almost all of my vehicles, historically due to my daughters driving prowess. Brian has worked on our SUV's, Sedans, Miata, etc.

All vehicles are returned to us "literally" better than brand new. I have actually stood with Brian as he inspects "fit gaps" on hoods and quarter panels, examined paint samples etc. If you are looking for the highest level of integrity and quality of work go nowhere else. Remember you have a choice your insurance company cannot force you in any direction based on a list.

I am incredibly particular about my vehicles and will go nowhere else. A simple stop in to his shop speaks volumes about his work. His bays are frequently filled with high end, collectible, and show cars. Don't forget Brian also has a top notch mechanic for mechanical work as well. Again, I wish I could give a 10!

My vehicle was side swiped in the parking lot at work, and I also had a few spots on the hood due to winter weather damage. Bryan and the team at Bob Zook did an excellent job with my bumper replacement and buff job. Their quote was the most affordable out of three that I obtained in Bloomington. The clean-up service was close to a detail, and a welcome surprise. With professional and timely service, I felt confident that the Bob Zook team was trustworthy. I recommend them whole-heartedly.

So much stress and aggravation! They repaired my husband's car a few years ago, and did a great job. My husband wanted to surprise me and have my car detailed while we were out of town on vacation. He prepaid and left specific instructions. My Dad was going to take the car to them and pick it up and finished. When the car was ready they called my husband's cel phone while we were out of the country, instead of my Dad as instructed. When my Dad picked up the car they charged his credit card again, even though my husband had prepaid. Don't go there unless you have infinite patience!

Excellent! After my last experience, this is the only place i'll take my vehicles to. My wife's van was hit in a parking lot. We took the vehicle to Bob Zooks and from the fist meeting it was white glove service. Brian sat with us and explained the entire process, explained how it would work going through the person that hit us insurance.

He explained our rights, and then encouraged me to look at other shops. There was no pressure, Brian took time to make sure we were comfortable with his shop. That was only the start of it, I scheduled the appointment and they followed up to make sure all the paperwork was ready from the insurance company. When the vehicle went in the shop our rental vehicle was on site, the drop off took less than 2 minutes.

When our vehicle was completed we took the rental back to the shop and dropped off and we were out of there in our van in less than 3 minutes. The workmanship: The van looked fantastic, You couldn't tell that it was hit. The paint matched perfectly and the job was very well done. Additionally they detailed the van. We have 3 kids, when we got the van back from Bob Zook it looked as good as it did the day we purchased it. Anyone looking for an honest company, that does exceptional work - you should give Bob Zook a try I highly doubt you'll be disappointed.

The rudeness of the woman that sits at the front desk is reason alone to go elsewhere. I'll take my cars to places where they treat all customers with some respect. She's the first one a customer meets when they get there, her attitude is the second thing they meet.

My car was dinged and scratched by a lady at my wife's work. Fortunately, she was willing to pay for it, but she was irritable to work with, demanding I get multiple quotes from multiple places in town! I got five different quotes from different places around town, and they all fell right in the same price range. We ended up going with Bob Zook since they could get our car in the soonest.

The car looks fantastic. They really did a great job getting the ding out. You'd never know it was there! So why a four star and not a five star review? When I picked up my car, it was detailed and looked fantastic. BUT the end price of the repair was almost $100 more than the original quote. Granted, when they originally quoted me the cost of the repair, they did say it could cost a little more if they had to get some parts they weren't sure of yet.

So I'm really not sure if they did end up ordering those extra parts and that's what drove up the cost, or if they snuck the detailing in to drive up the cost. Folks at Bob Zook - If you get back to me and prove that it was the parts that drove up the cost, I'd be glad to revise my review up to 5 stars. Side note: Since I got my car detailed, I guess I can also review their detailing service!

They really did do a fantastic job. I didn't call up about the price discrepancy because it was hard to be mad at the job they did. The car looked BETTER than they day I drove it off the lot back in September 2013. If you want to get your car detailed, hit these guys up.

So, I am a pretty good driver and haven't needed body work in a really long time. HOWEVER, my car becomes a storage locker for all of my work stuff, recycling, etc. SO- Bob Zook does detailing. I mean they do DETAILING. My car was stained with spilled bottles of flavored syrups for coffee, spilled coffee, and the remnants of taking our puppy to daycare 3 days a week. WELL, no more.my car is lovely and fresh and clean! Bob Zook is snuggled back into a semi-residential area.right off of Stewart, by the LaFayette Club-ish. Can't recommend them enough!
