They were very nice and customer friendly. Even though I did not have any work done on my infinity g37 due to the damage they gave me an analysis of the issues. I would definitely use them again.

The are as good or better than a BMW Dealership repair shop. All the repairs and prices are emailed. I have a 2002 33i than they have running over 10 years.

Doug is the main person I was working with. He was very responsive, fair on prices, worked with me to get my maintenance on my GLA 250 on time. He was the face of the company for me and I am glad he was. He represents Import Speciality very well! They did a wonderful job and saved me 100s of dollar versus going to the dealership like I normally do. I will be coming back. The professionalism and communication is unmatched. My car was done faster than I thought! Thank you again! Wonderful service.

I've been here twice, once for front shocks/airbags and axles and again for a warranty replacement on one of said axles (it was just a bad part, not the shop's fault). The work was done quickly and the service advisor I spoke to (Doug) was quick to explain the issues in an easy-to-understand manner. The warranty experience was also quick and painless. They're one of the few shops in town that were willing to touch the suspension on my Porsche, and their labor rate was much more reasonable than the dealer - I highly recommend these guys!
