Crutcher's was started in 1980 when my father, Milton Crutcher, went into business for himself with the help of my mother Brenda. Prior to going into business he had been professionally working on cars since he was a teenager in the 1960s. Since then he has been taking care of Franklin and the surrounding areas automobiles.

I just used Crutcher's for my Moms car as she is new to the area. I love these guys! When we picked up the car and paid the bill we just left. They (the owner himself) called me back and said due to their new system I had been overcharged and due money back! I'm so happy to find someone honest and dependable in this industry.

This limited warranty is made by the Independent Repair Facility ("Facility") who is so named on the original repair invoice and performed the service/repairs on your vehicle.
