Caution - I have been a customer for 20+ years and left two vehicles with them to service One of the vehicles was stolen from behind their property - and they stuck me with the bill - which also contained services which I did not approve. Fortunately the vehicle was recovered and my insurance is covering the damages but Service Outlet is refusing to pay the deductible. The other vehicle was broken into and items were taken from the trunk - my homeowners will cover those item minus another deductible. I will be filing a complaint with the bureau of Automotive Repair and also talking to an attorney.

I am not one that normally writes reviews but this is one that deserves a review. Made an appointment for my wife's car to have the check engine light issue taken care of. Mike was very nice the couple of times I spoke with him on the phone. Dropped the car off the afternoon before and Art wrote us up. Very impressed with the Lafayette location. The entire place was very clean and presentable.

Art called the next morning and said the car was fixed and we could pick it up anytime. They checked out other concerns we had and the bill was way more than fair. We were very happy as this was our first time using their services. We will be back as my wife and I were both very impressed and felt that our experience was excellent. Thank you Mike and Art for all you did in making our experience a great one.
