Very satisfied with the service that AutoTech provided me today. I have never experienced the customer service that AutoTech provided to me on a personal level. I text the office on their Facebook page, what was my concerning issue with my vehicle and was told to bring it on in. I was in and out in no time. Problem solved. They are very committed to the work they do. Very reliable. They have certainly earned my respect and anyone else that I happen to know that is having an issue with their own vehicles. I am using this shop for the past 6-7 years without any problems. The owner is very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. My latest experience is that due to my emergency I have to take my car to the shop and they repaired it within an hour at a reasonable cost and I attended my meeting in time. I was happy at their timely help and service.

My good friend Rhonda J. had been telling me about this shop for years. I finally took my Ford Edge in for what I thought was a transmission issue. Thankfully it wasn't the transmission but throttle body issues. What impressed me from Stephanie at the service desk to Mr. Patel and the breakdown of what the issue was with my car and how the part had been manufactured by a new manufacturing company as the former was no longer making the part., was the wealth of knowledge this shop possess that calmed my fears upon entering the door. I was so impressed that I called my son to let him know that I'd found us a new car repair shop! Thanks for an amazing experience
