Easily the best shop I've ever taken a car too. That's not saying too much since I've only used 3 different shops now, but Diego is transparent, professional, and most of all a master of his trade. He made sure I drove the car to confirm it's condition and we had an amazing chat about the value of time, experience, and loving what you do and wanting to honor that craft.

These are the kind of people that you know you can trust and many people have a hard time finding that in this field. I was under the impression my car would be totaled (It was in the air and had a rough landing) yet a couple weeks later it's right back to normal and at an extremely reasonable price. It'd be a risky waste to take your car anywhere else.

They seemed to have knowledgeable running things. some more dedicated than others but diamonds in the rough, I'm sure.their pre priced vehicles make the haggle part not a deal breaker but a great place find baselines for vehicles you may look at else where? Hey. listen. ya know? Any poops, they got free ice cream in lobby maintenance closet. shhhh. it's free!

Awesome place.must go place of you need any collision repair with or without insurance. very supportive staff. Diago is owner of this place and he is so nice and humble. I will suggest this place to everyone whoever need to get collision repair done on there car. Very cost effective and he will tell very reasonable price. I went for small collision repair and he did that repair and he made that repair looks good, when I saw my car I was so happy.

I was in desperate need of a repair shop. Just moving to Irving I didn't know of any, and especially any with good recommendations. After reaching out to 5 different places with no response, I found CarMex Inc under the Top 10 repair shops in Irving. They truly lived up to their reviews and Diego is such a kind and hard working man. I definitely recommend them!

My car front bumper was pulled out probably from pulling in a bit too far on a parking bumper. Carmex happened to be close by, when I walked in no one was in the office but Diego automatically noticed me from the garage. I showed him the damage to my car and he inspected it and consulted me with multiple options to help me get the most of my money.

The bumper itself was in good shape, just a bracket broke off so Diego offered a couple options to weld it. I went to a few other places even all the way to downtown and as Diego mentioned, their first instinct was to replace the whole bumper which was significantly more expensive. I will be back after the holidays and will update if I have any problems but excellent experience.

Found this place for my husband's truck. He bumped it against a pole and someone banged the other side at Home Depot. They did a great job and it was priced reasonably. When we picked it up the owner noticed some slight overspray by one of the guys and insisted on corrected it. We were very pleased with everything and would highly recommend this place.

I had a car collision and the timeline for repair was very tight as I had to move to a new state the same week. I wanted the car repaired in 3 days and most of the service centers said that it will take 2 weeks to fix the car. Carmex not only completed the repair in 3 days but the quality of work was good too. Strongly recommended!

Diego and his crew are a1! i have taken multiple cars to him and was never anything but beyond happy! i work in the automotive paint field and deal with 100s of other body shops but these guys are excellent.i have a very special car that was given to me 2 days before my mum & i were hit in a 20mph school zone by a drunk driver, killing my mum rather quickly and breaking my back.anyway i now have a titanium rod.anyway.off subject. just wanted to share the importance. anyway. its a 91 miata i got brand new and its like new condition.it just needs a nice paint freshining up so ive went ahead and removed everything. windshield, hood, doors, deck lid, front&rear bumpers.full interior. all out except for the shell.i plan on the paint being incredible and i only trust them.i also helped diego with his nov 97 manufactured ferrari 355 6 speed manual. i worked as head service tech for lamborghini, ferrari, aston martin, porsche, mercedes, rolls royce, bentley and others.he knowsxim very versed in automobiles so he knows the job must be flawless! which it will be without question! i actually brought the car back down from vail colorado in order to have diego work his magic.this miata isnt jjust special because it was the last gift from my mum.its also because it hase a all aluminum roush 347ci v8 vortech s-trim.tremec t6060 used in the last viper acrs as well as a 8.8 irs with full suspension which is avg of 2 inches from the ground due to my accuair bagged struts which can raise it above stock or drop it to the frame and the anarchy 16x12 rears and 16x10 front wheels are custom made for me and much needed since its not only a widebody but the 818.56whp and 804.21 lbs/trq spin the tires like butter at 140 mph! i had to get biggest possible! anyway the 2 other cars diego repair looked better than new and were fixed beyond what anyone would expect! car mex are master! they are brilliant!.colin

The man there drilled holes to put on my front license plate (I'm from AZ so my car didn't have holes there already) and he didn't even charge me. Super nice place, very friendly.

Repaired my son's Saab 9-3 front quarter panel, and matched the silver paint perfectly. The repair was completed on time and for a fair price. Thanks! I'll be back for any future repairs.

This body shop is the best. I had over $ 7,000 worth of hail damage and they did an awesome job of putting my car back to look like new. Diego is very honest and simply put, he will do what he says he will do. He has also done some other auto body work for me. I trust his work and his warranty. His prices are great also.
