John Armstead opened up Armstead Automotive Repair in 1986, out of a two-bay garage, in downtown Holly. In 1992, Armstead Automotive moved to the existing location on Fish Lake Rd. At this location Armstead Automotive was able to expand and tailor to our customers needs. In 2004 we added a heavy duty 4 bay addition, that can hold vehicles as large as school buses, rvs, and bucket trucks.

Everyone was friendly and you took care of my problem quickly even though I did not have an appt. Electric power steering went out on my F150. Everywhere I took it said it was a dealer only repair, and I avoid the dealerships as much as possible. I called Armstead and they said to bring it in. Not only did they fix it, but they didn't even have it a week before it was fixed. Dealer couldn't even get it in to look at it for a month. They even looked over my truck and recommended other things that needed to be fixed.
