The customer service experience was impeccable, all businesses should be this way. They took such GREAT care of me. I took my 2012 CL63 to Motorwerks for a tune and some scheduled maintenance and I could not be more impressed! These guys were professional, were in contact with me every step of the way and all of my questions were answered. Their overall knowledge and attention to detail of vehicles is second to none! Hats off to Rusty for his hard work and dedication to getting the job done in more than a timely manner. I would recommend Motorwerks for all of your automotive and performance needs. Came in to swap summer tires for winter, a few days later noticed loss of pressure in one tire. Came back to the shop and they managed to find a possible factory defect. Took some extra work to seal it, no charge. I don't think an average tire shop would have found the underlying issue. Great work.
