I have been a customer of Luray Import Service for 9+ years. I have always thought having a good mechanic is like a gift from God. I can't say enough about Randy and his team. He has kept my 98, 99 and 06 Lexus on the road and at a huge savings over dealer service or new car purchase pricing. His expertise is surprising and I am confident he wouldn't do anything to my vehicles that he wouldn't do to his own. I wouldn't let anyone else work on my cars and I have recommended him to friends and family, who have also been as pleased as I am.

We had enjoyed a great weekend camping in Luray Va at the KOA campground. When we were ready to leave my truck wouldn't start. I called and Jennifer was very accommodating to our needs. They were kind enough to work us in their busy schedule. Without any hesitation I would highly recommend them. Great service from the mechanic (Chris I believe was his name) thank you. If you are ever in need they provide a 5 star rating.

Great experience with my prius here! Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took time to listen to my concerns and explain what was going on with my vehicle. They even did a few extra checks to make sure my car was running great. Highly recommend! Services: Oil change, General repairs & maintenance

We were coming from the Shenandoah Mts. and had car trouble. We made it to Luray and stopped at Luray Import Service, kind of at a loss. The technician on duty (I wish I could remember his name) was so helpful and kind to us and got us back on the road quickly. If you need help with your car definitely stop here. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Very Impressed with the quality of work they did on my Toyota Tacoma 4WD. My truck had a lot of issues, exhaust, CVC Boots, an oil leak and had a real idling problem. Luray Import Service was able to diagnosis all of the issues and repair everything at a very reasonable price. Great Job! Ethical, honest and trustworthy. Randy and his wife Angela are both cheerful and easygoing. Randy will explore all your options for repairs and explain the pros and cons in detail before starting work on your vehicle. I drive quite a way to have my car and truck serviced here because myself and my budgeting needs are treated with respect.
