Our roots trace back to 1978 when The Muffler Shop was founded in Baldwin, Wisconsin as a two-bay gas station and repair shop. Over the decades we expanded to locations in Menomonie, New Richmond, and Hudson, establishing a reputation for reliable exhaust system expertise. In 2005 we rebranded to TMS Tire & Auto to reflect our broadened capabilities beyond mufflers while honoring our original heritage. The owner posts this sort of stuff during the pandemic, the messages change everyday and the content of them is pretty much the same. Refusing to believe that thousands of people are dying and a lot of the medical staff around the world is experiencing the lack of proper protective equipment therefore putting their life on the line is the most tone deaf and inhuman thing to do.

I called yeaterday for an appointment to get a leak in my exhaust fixed and they were able to get me in today, made the repairs within 30-45 mins and at a good price. The repair looks great and my car sounds new again! I will definitely come back here if i need any more work done! Service: Exhaust

Someone want to look into this place. TMS tire and auto is one of three names this company uses. Their Google website link is to a company with a similar name but no affiliation. "The muffler shop" is another name on the building. They actually have a website TMShudson.com

I cant say enough about these guys, they are some of the best mechanics ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Ive taken multiple vehicles to them and left satisfied every time. Went in for a some exhaust work, they snuck me in about an hour or two before closing and were able to fabricate a new muffler and have me drive out of the shop that night. Very upfront about pricing, no bs and I was on my way two hours later. Would visit again!

Good honest place to get your vehicle serviced. Good price on a basic oil change. Up front and tell a person what is wrong with your vehicle. They use top quality parts not cheap ones and gets things done in the time frame they say it will be done.
