Extremely professional, kind, and great customer service! I've been using them for maintenance for 7 years. I will not take my truck anywhere else.

Not an honest company I had a clicking noise in turns they checked it out and said cv axles. So almost $700 later I get the car back and it still clicked turned out the muffler was rubbing on the wheel. They are over priced and liars would not recommend to anyone ever. Service: Vehicle Inspection

Best service ever! Windshield wipers quit and a different auto shop told me they couldn't find parts to make the repair. Living in the Portland area, how useful is your car without wipers? Accidentally came upon this business and was immediately told they could repair with used parts. It's a miracle and am so grateful! Very affordable fix and the best staff. Highly recommend!

We went to Auto Shop Northwest to have an inspection done on a used Prius we were looking at buying from a private seller. I called the evening before and Will offered to see the car the very next day without an appointment. After we viewed and test drove the car, we were able to drop it off and he had it back to us in under 2 hours. Based on the report we got back, the inspection seems to have been thourough and the price was very fair. I would definitely go back for future work if we lived in the area. Highly recommend giving them your business.

My husband and I have taken our cars here for years. We were really sold on Eugene's work and integrity when he told us our old car was beyond repairs that were worth it's value. Going to an auto shop you always run the risk of mechanics taking advantage of you when you don't know cars well. Eugene will never do that. He always talks you through what your vehicle needs and makes sure that his customers understand their options. We will never take our cars anywhere else.

Brought our car here for service. Cannot say enough about their service! They came and got our car and dropped it back off due to the virus. Took very good care of the car and even brought the vehicle in perfect condition. Cleaned everything and inspected it for free also. We will be back! Thank you for such great services!

They've worked on my car several times and they have always been honest, thorough in their explanations, and have done a good job. A couple of times they've given me a diagnosis and I've taken the car home and done the repairs myself- absolutely no hard sell or pressure when I've told them this was my intent, while other shops will try to bully me into using their service or talk down to me because I'm a woman. Not here.

After getting the run around from another repair shop a friend's mechanic (that was to busy at the time to do my repairs) suggested this shop. Everyone I spoke with was super helpful, easy to talk and most importantly reasonable about my repairs. The repairs themselves were first rate and cost thousands less the the quote I received from the other shop. I can't recommend them enough!

Super, super service! I went here when my radiator failed- they were prompt, courteous, and kept us informed of the progress of the repair- they went out of their way to get the right parts and replace defective ones. No hard sell, just good service.

Brought my vehicle in, service was great. They explained what I needed to get done right away and what I needed in the future for maintenance with break downs of costs associated with each service. Priced very fairly. Not only that but when I picked up my vehicle they washed and tire shined the exterior. Great touch! Will definitely be recommending them.

I'm very happy to have found this shop. Everyone is so helpful and kind, and when I brought them my 18 year old truck they didn't try to sell me on the number of little things that theoretically could be fixed but aren't vital and let's face it- it's old and I'm not rich, I don't need or want to invest a ton of money to make it perfect, I just want it to run. It's tough to find a mechanic you feel is dealing honestly and fairly with you as well as competently, and these guys are it.

This is the best place to get your car fixed. It's nice to see a business that takes care of their clients no matter how big or little the job may be. I like that they give you quotes and options and disclose all items that need repair now and suggested items for the future so there are no surprises. I have recommended several friends to them because I know they will be treated fairly! Great work, clean shop, polite, friendly, and informative service!

As someone who was an out of town traveler and stranded in Portland, when AAA gave me a list of shops to choose from, I went with this one as it was the closest one. Now that I am a soon to be resident, this place is going to get my business 100% of the time. They were professional, courteous, attentive to my needs and gave me updates on every step of what they were doing and were, most importantly FAST.

Any changes in estimates were done for MY benefit and not theirs. I appreciate their work and the skill they apply to their trade. I would not trust my vehicle to anyone else if I could help it.

Erin, you can try to justify this whatever way you want - but the fact remains, your work failed AND Rick came to the counter with an attitude of he wasn't making any compromise. If you put yourself in our situation, our daughter was on a tight time schedule and had to get on the road IMMEDIATELY. Our first concern was her safety and getting the van fixed right away. Calling you was not our first priority and you should understand that, if you have children!

For the small amount of what we paid to get it fixed and asked for reimbursement for -- because obviously your work failed, you lost a customer of four years and everyone we know will hear about your business practices. Maybe if Rick didn't have such an attitude of "screw you" and at least empathized with the situation, it wouldn't have had to come to this. It's just ridiculous how you handle your company's issues.

All we wanted is to have a repair shop we could trust and rely on that we could go to and not even question. Since Jeff has left, that has definitely changed. Also, we came to your shop with the bad parts and receipts the day after our daughter returned with the van. Not much can be done prior to that.
