Same Day Auto Service

Inquired for appt on website. Received a call back in less than 24 hours. Got an appt. Dropped of vehicle at 8am and it was ready for pickup before 3pm same day. Not only was the service complete but they also did other basic inspection of vehicle and gave a complete quote for all suggested repairs/services needed in the near future. Wonderful company to work with!

Steve and the whole crew at Same Day Auto are friendly, professional, quick, honestly and reasonably priced. I was not talked down to or pushed to purchase services not needed, while being provided with easy to follow information on their findings. I had been looking for a new car mechanic, and this shop was recommended in a local group so I thought I'd give them a try. Well, I don't need to look any further :) Everything from the initial call, the diagnostics, to the work completed was professional, timely, and fairly priced. I also liked receiving the estimate via text, that links to user-friendly software which goes over recommendations, and gives an option to accept or decline the service(s) offered. My wife and I have been taking our cars to SDAS for years. The staff is always very friendly, their service is top notch and best of all, they are affordable and always hit their "quotes for repair" spot on. We were excited to find out recently that they also work on domestic vehicles as well! Thanks for fixing the heat/actuator in our kids 2010 Impala!

I have worked with same day auto for a number of years now, through 3 vehicles, And they are the most consistently honest and experienced professionals I have ever worked with. They always update me on my breaks, Is any additional work needed And where we are in our service schedule. I have asked them if they need to do certain work and they always assure me things are fine and they will do the work when things are not fine. Believe it or not, this is a truly honest auto service.

Wish I could give them zero reviews. Nothing but bunch of crooks. Just avoid the place if you can. They have zero knowledge about cars and got zero manners on how to deal with customers. If you're not white I highly doubt you will be getting treated humanely.

I took my daughter's car in because her brakes were making that nasty grating sound. I was sure we were going to have to replace pads and rotors, but they were able to save the rotors. They also took the time to show my daughter how brake pads wear and what to listen for. Best of all, they got us in immediately. I have two places I feel very comfortable taking my car to. This is one of them!

The staff: front desk, service processors, and the mechanics were all impressive professionals who gave outstanding customer service. From the moment I called for an appointment, I knew they were a good garage where I would feel comfortable leaving my car. They took care of me almost immediately, verified the services needed, explained how they would handle the repairs, worked with me on pricing, and offered a loaner car to use until my car was ready.

A few days after they completed the service, I received a thank-you letter with a reminder of how they guarantee their work and how some services had warrantees. This was such an efficient and caring garage. I highly recommend them.

A mechanic was a tad rude to me in the parking lot. I was a first time customer and didn't know where to park (they have a very small parking area). I didn't know where to park and not be in the way. My wife's Subaru had an AC issue that I was certain was the evaporator. I got a call within hours that the car was ready and way less money than I had expected.

They couldn't find a problem or leak anywhere but did note that the system was out of refrigerant. They recharged the system and we haven't had a problem since. Everybody minus the initial mechanic was friendly and I feel like they are an honest reputable company. I'll be a return customer when I need work done and wouldn't hesitate to suggest them to my friends (along with a reminder to just park on the street).

Pretty Good. OK customer service and OK value. 10 years ago I felt that customers were treated like family members- they would recommend the service they would recommend if it was their own, or their mother's car. Now I feel like it is more of a dealership model- they give a "by the book" recommendation for often expensive service, maintenance, and preventive care. Still good, but now I shop around and get second opinions which I didn't used to need to do

My husband and I have been going to this local small business for at least 20 years. We have returned time and time again for our various auto maintenance needs because they consistently give us amazing service. Their service is personalized, reliable, they communicate well and will even tell us when something does not need service yet. We have never been disappointed.

Took one of my cars here for an oil change and everyone was great and super efficient. They also have so many complimentary snacks, way more than other places! They also give you full details about your car and explain everything thoroughly to you, you can tell they actually care about your car. Will come back here every time!

First time coming in to this Auto Service. Very impressed with how I was treated. My 2001 Hyundai needed some work. They told me what I needed and did the work at a reasonable price. They provided me with a rental car for the day while they worked on my car. I will definitely pass the word out on this place! Excellent service!

Took my 2007 Honda Accord in for a brake job all the way around they didn't give me a quote and I just assumed it would be no more than three hundred bucks when I went to go pick up my car they wanted $600 for a brake job I've always used this auto place and it seems like the more I used them customers service has gotten worse I don't care for Jason he has a I don't care attitude. it doesn't pay too give them high recommendation cause the service is not so good I have many regrets but the more you use that place the more they start gouging and ripping you off and I think Jason's or Worse counter person ever. After you take your car in they always asked for feedback well not this time cause they knew I wasn't happy.

These guys are wonderful. On an off day, I may have gotten a cranky mechanic who kept cutting me off when I asked about them beating prices on various repairs quoted me by someone else, but it was a one time thing. Any other day, you'll get someone helpful and pleasant who knows what they're talking about. You'll pay what they quote you, and they'll also be sure to explain any other repairs needed, or future servicing needs to keep in mind.

One of the older reception gals there could be a bit nicer to clients, but they have refreshments/coffee while you're waiting, and they'll do the job correctly and carefully. Give them a shot, they do care about earning and retaining your business!

Be sure and get a second opinion on any work before using this business. I have had some very bad experiences with this business, in one case after I caught them, they did try to make it right, but if you are a woman and know nothing about cars--WTFO

Fix my car and then caused the issue that my windows would not fix my windows without my paying for more services. Very disappointed. My family has come here for years and now we have to find a new auto shop.

I called this shop a couple of mornings ago to get a quote on quick repair on my Huyndai. At first I was a little apprehensive of leaving my name and number for a call back as the guy (forgot his name but super cool) wanted to ask his techs. He did call back in about 15 minutes and suggested to get an alignment and have the techs tighten the bolts at that time so I was not paying extra. Although they did not offer alignments there he was very professional and kind in trying to make sure I was not paying more than I needed.

Took my Honda CRV here for its 160K service and oil change. Can't say the prices are cheaper or more expensive than other auto services, but they were courteous, got me my car back when they said they would, and the car is still running. They have free wifi in their office if you need to work there.
