In 1989 Randy Neal opened the doors to Car Care Specialists Inc. as a one-man manager, customer service provider and technician with the sole purpose of providing the Lincoln County community with reliable, affordable, and friendly automotive repair service. In the early days, Randy began his career at age 7 by attempting to change his dads tires, he found that lug nuts were an important item at that time in his life.
In high school he was a gas station attendant while apprenticing as a service technician, then moved to Phoenix, Arizona where he worked as a technician at a Pro-tech station eventually managing the station and overseeing the daily operations.

He opened the shop in 1988, he is proud of the work that is accomplished on a daily basis and prides himself on helping every customer to the best of his ablility. Randy is a father of 4 children and he enjoys spending time with family, camping and racing.
